My Quit:
When I first signed up with Quitnet I picked a quit date June 3 2013 - I actually stopped smoking April 11 2013- I have smoked for 20 years - To my amazement what worked for me was a disposable electronic cigarette I had for 3 days and stopped smoking regular cigarettes and then electronic cigarette it was a miracle I just was ready - not to say I don't crave it at certain times especially when I drive but I fight it and have not had a cigarette since April 11

Advice:
It seemed all I needed was the nicotine for a couple of days with the electronic cigarette - Good Luck
