My Quit:
Hi, just quit 5 weeks ago. Cold turkey after being very ill with chest infection. Cough cough cough. 2 courses of anti biotic just about got it. My lungs are clearing! 48yr old 25 year smoking. Enough is enough! Just keep on top of that anxiety its yr mind trying to get you back smoking! Its not going to happen! Stay strong! It gets better every day bit by bit! Goodluck everyone! Keep going!!

Advice:
Stay strong! Dont let the stressy feelings win! Do something! Anything!! Just dont smoke!! Be free!!
