My Quit:
An Update to when I started Jan.16th 2013. So around 5 months later, it feels so good to not have to smoke a cigarette. My throat doesn't hurt anymore. I can breathe. No more coughing everyday with nasty flam. I feel great! Even with the 20pds weight gain. I will lose it. I am so grateful that I finally committed to quitting one more time and it's one day at a time.

Advice:
If you want to quit, and are worried about the cravings. I use the nicotrol spray. Covered by my insurance, it gives me comfort in a moment of stress.
