My Quit:
I quit March 2004. The biggest aide I found on my journey was the support at quitnet.com Just knowing that others were going through the same hard times (or had went through them) made the agony a whole lot easier to deal with. I could get on here and Witch about home, work or whatever was bugging me and I didn't have to worry about someone taking it personaly.

Advice:
Hang in there and don't be afraid to reach out to your fellow members. I thank God everyday for bringing me to this wonderful site so many years ago.
