My Quit:
I have smoked for 25 years and tried to quit more times than I can Count. I am now on day 13, and feel that the support from quitnet will make the difference. I have always tried to quit on my own and have resorted to the fact that I need support.

Advice:
Just keep adding one day at a time and check this website for positive feedback.
