My Quit:
I am currently 18 years old and I have been smoking since I was 14. I've tried quitting on numerous occasions but it has never worked. I've tried the patches, an e-cig, the gum and it never worked. Maybe it has something to do with my very addictive personality and a lot to do with nicotine being highly addictive. I use a vape pen now and I quit about 5 days ago. QuitNet has helped so much, it's easier to quit when you know other people are feeling the same struggle as you.

Even though I am still struggling myself and facing the challenge of quitting, I know that it is possible. Just keep pushing yourself as well as believing in yourself.
