My Quit:
I was a serial quitter for many years and could not make a quit stick. I was so discouraged and then my wife came across the Q. We both were smokers for 38 and 40 plus years.
The unwavering support from The Quitting Shack and the amazing reposts made all the difference to us. This was exactly what we needed to quit long term. DW & I both are 1653 days smoke free.

It was nothing short of a miracle. I remain active on the Q giving back whatever I can in any capacity I can.

Advice:
Advice:
Find a support group and get active with your "family of friends" We do this together and with encouraging support the quit is doable. Pledge daily not to smoke.
