My Quit:
Still smoke free after 5 1/2 years. So happy that I finally figured out that cigarettes are just a piece of paper with tobacco inside, and not capable of making me happy, taking away my problems or my stress. Just lost my sweet sister to lung cancer, so I'm so glad I quit when I did.

Advice:
Cigarettes have no power, they are not capable of doing anything FOR you... you are only powerless to nicotine if you give your power away... Stay strong and you can do it.
