I used to be a serial quitter. My first quit attempt was on April 2013, and my last one -- and 70th -- was on October 11th, 2013.
I used to use some internet support groups before, but I got tired of them. They didn't really help - they were just always saying the same things that didn't help at all.
But here, at the Q, everything is different. People are great, and they help A LOT! NTAP!

ACCEPT that you're an ex-smoker and hence you'll have cravings every now and then. The only way to manage cravings is to accept them.
