My Quit:
I had picked up the nasty habit in college and progressed from a runner to a walker who got winded walking up 6 flights of stairs at work.

I quit cold turkey, and feel tremendously better. I can take deep breaths of fresh air, smell great, have a lot more energy, and can sing to all of my favorite songs again.

QuitNet has helped me more than I could ever describe in words.

Advice:
Take your quit one day at a time. It is the only way to experience life, and it is the only way to quit. Love yourself.

Acne pimples, sores, etc, that pop up on the faces of those who have recently quit; science can't explain them but we know they exist.
