My Quit:
i have quit so many times..each time it is more difficult than the last... i usually get really sick before i make my plan to quit. then when i start feeling better, i take that dreadful just one puff....
this time im trying something different i have joined quitnet.
i really like the chatroom which connects you to immediate assistance when its is needed most during the actual crave.
and the expert advice so you can address any issues you may have regarding your quit

Advice:
pay attention to what your body is telling you...and never ever think you can beat the law of addiction...it only takes one puff to get addicted again... smoking is not an option
