My Quit:
Hi,
I have been smoking since 16. I am now 63. I quit on June 26, 2013.
I was going downstairs to put my dog out and couldn't catch my breath at all. That was the quit date for me. Today is Nov.3,2013 and have not had a puff since June 26. I was on the patch and it did the trick. It was hard at first. But it's like anything else. If you want it bad enough, you will do it. Amen!

Advice:
You have to have will power and you can accomplish anything. Good luck!!! Chanting worked great for me.
