I smoked for 17 years, I tried acupuncture, self torture, wilderness trips without smokes, and just about anything else I could think of. What ended up working for me was getting massages every week. It's funny, I committed to paying for massages every week due to chronic back problems, and ended up quitting smoking at the same time almost by accident! I think it had something to do with making it easier because I got rid of the toxins faster and shortened the insanity time? I'm not sure to be honest, but anyone thinking of trying again to quit should think about giving it a shot.

17 year smoker... Weekly massages did the trick, random but effective. It reduced my stress and anxiety while speeding up getting rid of toxins. Quit and feel great doing it.
