My Quit:
I have been smoking for 30 years. I've quit many times and started back again. Usually after 6 mos. I would go on vacation, go out for drinks somewhere and think, I'll just have one or two cigs. This time I know I have to stay with it. With the support of you guys I think I can make it this time for good! My best friend has COPD and is on inhalers, but still smoking. She is 12 years older than I am. I know that what I'm seeing in her could be me later on.

Advice:
Let's be strong as we age, not out of breath and unable to enjoy life!

photoDrink lots of water. Treat yourself with money you would have spent on cigs. Use music to sooth your nerves.
