My Quit:
I'm 24 years old, I smoked over 10 years and today I've just decided to quit. Today was my first day Smoke-Free. I had never tried to quit before and I never thought it would be this hard. I just can't concentrate on anything,I've got headaches, and I feel like my brain is shaking really fast. But it's just the first day and I won't give up!!! I need all the support I can get.

Advice:
Never Give UP!!!!

photoIt may seem silly at first, but write a 'goodbye old cigarette' letter and keep it on you. It really helps to say so long and farewell - I want to live!
