My Quit:
Merry Christmas I wanted everyone to know I am on my 202 nd day. The best Christmas in 53 years. I am so grateful and so humbled by this experience that I tell everyone about the Q. whether they smoke or not. I have gotten so much from quitting, my breathing, my energy and my self-esteem. Every day I wake up and look forward to a day of NOT SMOKING. I have to tell you this is an exciting thing for me.

Advice:
Come on just try it! If you can't or won't,you can have all the diseases, and discomforts, that you had before you quit. Let Q help.

photoRealize that there is NO MAGIC in a cigarette. Don't be afraid to experience a craving, because you are stronger than anything nicotine can throw at you.
