My Quit:
I am 33, and this is my second time becoming a "non-smoker". The first time I tried using Chantix, but it made me very sick, so this time I read Allen Carr's book "The EasyWay to Stop Smoking for Women". Yes, it sounds strange to use a book as a quit starter, especially when you are going cold turkey, but I am rolling into day six and have vowed to never smoke another cigarette again!

Advice:
I promised my daughter I would quit. Make a vow and remain true to that vow. Think like a non-smoker, act like a non-smoker, and live as a non-smoker.

photoIf you've quit and 'failed' it's not a failure because you've TRIED. And you've learned something. Quitting is about practicing quitting until you get it.
