My Quit:
7th day of stopped smoking: I lead a hectic, stressful life - I have to face my fears about the kid’s school year coming up, and being alone in this as a single mom, without a cigarette. As I'm typing on my computer, I'm struggling to concentrate, and my left hand keeps on trying to get used to not holding a cigarette. When I drink a cup of coffee, I keep on wanting to reach for a cigarette. So it’s hard. First few days I tried to change my routine completely, but I keep on doing the necessary things I have to do, just this time without a cigarette.
But I wake up feeling "lighter", throat cleaner; feel the blood rushing through my body to my cheeks! "How to stop smoking and stay stopped for good" by Gillian Riley helped a lot now after I stopped.

Advice:
FACE your cravings. Try to create new associations/habits.
