My Quit:
After smoking for 20 years and trying to quit at least 4 prior times in December, 2011 I smoked my last cigarette and can't believe it has been over 2 years since I had one !! It was hard but with help from QuitNet and a Health Coach I got over the hump and feel so much better.

Advice:
Nothing that is worthwhile is easy and you need to keep trying and get help if you have too. The benefits are worth it
