My Quit:
After smoking for 20 years and trying to quit at least 4 prior times in December, 2011 I smoked my last cigarette and can't believe it has been over 2 years since I had one !! It was hard but with help from QuitNet and a Health Coach I got over the hump and feel so much better.

Advice:
Nothing that is worthwhile is easy and you need to keep trying and get help if you have too. The benefits are worth it

photoNever give up the quit. If you start again, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again. You are worth quitting.
