My Quit:
After smoking for 20 years and trying to quit at least 4 prior times in December, 2011 I smoked my last cigarette and can't believe it has been over 2 years since I had one !! It was hard but with help from QuitNet and a Health Coach I got over the hump and feel so much better.

Advice:
Nothing that is worthwhile is easy and you need to keep trying and get help if you have too. The benefits are worth it

photoNever give control over your quit to anyone but you. Be responsible for your own actions. This way there is no such thing as cheating- you know what you do.
