My Quit:
I have been a smoker for 33yrs. My quit date was 3-31-14 (CT). This is my second quit in a year. Here is the difference this time; I am commited to this and am now a non-smoker. Non-smokers DON'T smoke! NOT EVER! I think the most helpful thing about Quitnet is EVERYONE has/is/or will be going thru the same thing. There is information on any subject you have a question on, and if you don't have support in your life..you will find it HERE!

Advice:
I heard this from a fellow quitster (ACE) and it really is quite simple..ummmm "Don't Smoke"

photoIf you relapse, don't beat yourself up over it. Get back up and beat the addiction to nicotine forever!!! YOU CAN DO IT! Cold Turkey is best.
