My Quit:
I started at age 10, I'm far from proud of that. My journey started a year and 8 months after my dad passed away, he was 64. I wasn't ready for that he was too young, I still struggle with that! I don't want my kids to go through what I'm going through because of my personal choices. I quit cold turkey February 28, 2013!

Advice:
Find your reason to live because quitting = life! Let that drive you and keep that in your mind every time you have an urge. YOU CAN DO THIS!
