My Quit:
363 days today. 2 more days to make the magic year. I can stretch, jump, and sprint without too much fear now. Though I have been a passive member of Quitnet the daily emails and earlier weekly encouragement have been invaluable.

So here is to many more years of no smoking.

Advice:
The thing that helped me the most is remembering the shortness of breath, lethargy and coughs. Write that (and whatever else) down and re-read in those tough moments.
