My Quit:
I have been smoke free for 4 years now and remember my nephew telling me after I quit that "Uncle i never once saw you without a cigarette in your hand" just one of the countless benefits of being a non smoker. I can't truly say i will never smoke again at 63 but i am slowly learning to like being smoke free thanks to the much needed support from the Q God bless you all!"

Advice:
" you're only a puff away from a pack a day"
