My Quit:
Hi, I’ve been smoke free for one yr. now Jan 27 04 was my big anniversary party time.
I decided to quit the same day as I had hip replacement surgery. Wow! Alot of people including my dr. thought I was asking too much of myself. Recovery was three mo. down in a hospital bed- a long winter for me. But because I never smoked in my home, always out in garage in the winter, I thought maybe I could do it. After smoking 35 yrs, I did it! I am non-smoker! Good for me !!!!!

You have to want this more than anything you ever have wanted. One day at a time. Stay away from smokers for awhile, til you can handle it. Good Luck!
