My Quit:
I smoked for about 32 yrs, started when I was about 14. Quit when I was pregnant with my children. But always went back. Tried many times and failed. But I am determined to make it work now. I am tired of the kicked-in-chest feeling and smelling bad. When asked by my 4 yr old grandson why I smoke how can I answer? Nothing positive to say about it. Even when my kids were younger they complained but I figured I really didn 't smoke that much (a pack a week, but then more after my divorce).

Advice:
Stay strong, you can do it!
