My Quit:
I am 40 years old, married and have two children. I have been quit since Mar 8, 2004, but due to a stupid decision reset my Qdate to Mar 18.

I had smoked heavily since I was 18. Smoked my first cig at age 8. I have quit many times over the years but this is my last Quit. The difference this time is that I quit for ME. Not my wife, kids, church.....ME.

I really like not smoking. I don't see me picking up another cigarette and I have my God and my friends here at the Q to thank for that. I couldn't have done this alone.

Advice:
Until you want to quit more than you want to smoke, you will never make it. Once you decide you want to quit, come here, we will help.
