My Quit:
I am a 32 year old wife and mother who smoked since I was 12. I quit when I found out I had early stage emphysema. I have 2 young boys 10 and 4 and I want nothing more than to be here to see them grow, marry, have children, I want to grow old with my husband and I will make it all happen by staying quit.

Advice:
I am a non-smoker! This I will tell myself everyday, until the day I don't need to anymore!

photoKeep doing the things you loved while smoking- like take that 15 minutes and go outside anyway, but bring a snack or a book instead of the cigarettes.
