My Quit:
Hi, my name is Amber. I've smoked off and on since I was 15. I would quit for 3 or 4yrs at a time. I did this 3 times in my life, and then soon as I would get stressed about something, bomb, I would be right back at it. I'm now trying again; it's been 2 weeks. Most of the time I'm fine, but a least once a day I think about it.
I really want to do it this time for good. I hope so anyways. I guess I'm lucky when I do quit because I can just quit cold turkey- say that's it, I quit, no pills, no patches, nothing. I mean it's hard kinda, but I really try not to think about it. Amber

Advice:
One thing is to keep busy, busy, busy. Chew gum, lolly pops, and think positive that you can and will succeed (and think how good your breath smells)!
