What are Quit Buddies?

Quit Buddies, or "Q-Buds", are other members of the QuitNet that you can personally select to add to your Buddy list. Buddies are typically specific users that you might want to turn to for support and encouragement. Once you have added to someone to your Buddy list, you will be alerted when they are online and their name will be added to your list of "contacts" in the Qmail feature.
