Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I unable to register with QuitNet?

In order to create a new user account with QuitNet, you must enter three critical pieces of data: a username, password, and your email address. If the username you entered is already registered on the QuitNet, you will not be able to register. Likewise, if we currently have another user account on the QuitNet registered with the same email address, you will not be able to register until you have entered a unique email address. Your password must be at least 5 characters long and not be the same as your username.
