This could potentially happen for two reasons: 1) The club is less than 24 hours old and the QuitNet internal system has yet to update all of the new clubs. 2) You or another user are accessing the QuitNet through one of our partner sites. If it is a case of a newly created club, please allow 24 hours for the entire system to update and become "aware" of the new club. Once the update is complete, you should be able to see other users in Club Chat just fine. If you or another user is accessing the QuitNet from a partner site and trying to use Club Chat, you will only be able to see users on the same site as yourself.
